Heritage Exteriors Transforms Frisco Landscapes with Modern Elegance |
Innovative designs and meticulous craftsmanship redefine outdoor spaces in Frisco |
In Frisco, Heritage Exteriors has become synonymous with sleek, contemporary landscape transformations. Led by co-owners Karen Wallace, Frank Montoya, and Maria Montoya, the team specializes in creating low-maintenance, vibrant outdoor spaces that captivate and inspire.
Their design philosophy emphasizes clean lines and modern aesthetics, incorporating elements like compact urns filled with seasonal plants, dwarf foliage, and striking rock features such as river stone and dark Texas black star crushed stone. A signature choice includes patio tree hollies, offering quick-growing privacy and lush greenery.
Beyond design, Heritage Exteriors provides comprehensive services including landscape lighting, artificial turf installation, and semi-annual maintenance of urns to refresh seasonal displays. Each project begins with a client consultation and a detailed CAD-rendered plan crafted by Wallace. Upon approval, Frank oversees the installation process, while Maria manages administrative tasks and documents the transformation through photography.
Established in 1999 by Bob and Deb Messina, Heritage Exteriors was acquired by Wallace twelve years ago. Under the Montoya–Wallace leadership, the company has flourished, maintaining a steadfast commitment to quality. All subcontractors, from irrigation specialists to turf installers, are licensed, bonded, and thoroughly vetted, ensuring professional standards are met.
Their dedication to contemporary design and meticulous attention to detail has made Heritage Exteriors a preferred choice for those seeking striking, low-maintenance outdoor spaces in the Frisco area. |
